As Permalinks must be setup in order for the CM tooltip plugin to work properly, Resolving Permalink Issues is crucial for working with CM tooltip. Please go to Admin panel Setting->Permalinks and set permalinks to Post- name or any other custom name.

Some WordPress themes may not support the plugin. If you have problems using the plugin please first check whether this is caused by your theme, by choosing the WP default theme (twentyten / twentyeleven ) and seeing whether or not the tooltip plugin is working properly.
Another conflict may be with one of the other plugins which are installed on your site. To fix this you should first deactivate all plugins and see if the Tooltip plugin functions as expected. Then, activate all other plugins one by one to detect which plugin is interfering with the tooltip plugin’s operation
